DELIVERY POLICY

We aim to deliver within 5 to 10 week days from receipt of order, however there maybe occasions when it may take a little longer, but we will always let you know if your purchases will be delayed for any reason.

For deliveries outside New Zealand please contact us for details.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:  We are committed to providing quality and service however we understand that when you purchase online your purchase may not look or fit as expected, when you haven’t been able to see or try it on in person, or purchased as a gift and because of this our conditions of return are as below:

• The garments must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

• The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or soiled.

• All labels must still be attached.

• Original receipt or invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

If you can meet all conditions then we will be happy to exchange, credit or refund your garments, less any delivery/handling costs whether charged or not. 

Clearance/Sale items are non returnable/refundable (unless due to a manufacturing fault). If you wish to discuss any items you wish to return or exchange before doing so please feel free to contact us.
